Hello! I wanted to stop by really quick and say "Happy Advent!" and "Merry Christmas to come!". I hope this season of preparation for our Lord's birth has been Blessed. I have been busy, and though I did not get all the wonderful ideas I had in my head to do for Christmas Resources for my Homeschool Room done, I DID manage to complete a couple I wanted to share with you all!
My first Christmas Resource I want to share was created because I just did not like my options for printing the Digital Gift Card I purchased for my nephew. I wanted his Gift Card Code included right on the card, and I wanted the card to look NICE! So I made it myself, and then I made the template available for YOU, too!
While this is posted on TPT as a "Teacher or Parent Gift", this can be used for ANYBODY! (As I plan to use if for everybody on my list getting a digital gift card).
This template, which is setup to edit on Google Slides, allows you to mix and match the cover of your choice with the inside section. Inside, you can either enter digital gift card information right on the Gift Card image or simply leave a message (there are many template options to choose from and not all have to include any gift card info). Instructions are included, and the pages are scaled to print for a nicely folded card, with all the things in all the right places without you having to worry about formatting! My printer's black ink is a bit off, but here is a printout of one I made out of the template that I will be gifting this Christmas:
I will let my three year old color the outside since it is technically from him, but I'm pretty sure I will be adjusting a few things afterward! Link to this resource by clicking on the image above or by going HERE.
My next Christmas Resource was a big hit at our Homeschool Christmas Party--my kids LOVED the fun Digital Spinner that plays Christmas Music as the next Bingo Piece is called (I'm sure winning candy helped, too!). This Christmas Bingo game is perfect for any gathering with kids--think Christmas Party, Classroom Party, play as a family the night before Christmas, etc., and it's fun for little and big kids alike (again, especially if winning candy is involved!). Link to the resource by clicking on the image, and see the video to see the digital spinner in action!:
BONUS--I found you can print an extra copy of the Calling Cards page and have a Matching Game:
I had a lot of other ideas, but unfortunately this Mama only has so much time (I'm sure you all can relate!). One idea that ALMOST made it to the finish line (that may be a bit exaggerated, hehe) was a Digital Advent Calendar that would track our days in Advent digitally as we prepare for Christmas time! Here is what I got so far:
I plan on adding daily Bible readings (or a link to them) and prayers for each week, too! Something to look forward to NEXT Advent I suppose! Let me know if you have any suggestions as to what else to add! I plan on making a printable option both for the Advent Calendar and the Advent Wreath Image.
That's all from me for now! I truly hope you all have a Very Merry, and Blessed, Christmas!
